Job Description

The Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (NP), supervised by the Director of Nursing, provides specialized wound care services in home, nursing home, and assisted living settings.

• They perform assessments, develop care plans, and educate patients and caregivers to promote healing.
• Qualifications include a Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing, current NP licensure, and wound care certification within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience and active patient contact preferred.
• This field-based role requires travel, physical endurance, and adherence to safety protocols, including exposure to biohazards.
