We are seeking a Senior Regional Construction Project Manager to support our team at Tarkett Sports Construction Central, a trusted partner in design-build and sports construction. They support big ideas from start to finish, delivering on concept, construction, and ongoing care for track, field and courts. The Senior Regional Project Manager will lead multiple high-value construction projects across the Tarkett Sports portfolio. This role is instrumental in overseeing project execution from pre-construction through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will serve as the key liaison with clients, manage internal project teams, and help shape the future of our construction operations through continuous process improvement. You will be working from Lee's Summit, MO office and reporting to the Vice President of Project Management.

What You'll Do :

• Oversee multiple concurrent construction projects (Sports facility construction including civil and post tension concrete construction) valued at $5M+, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget expectations
• Lead project buyout and subcontractor contract management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and resolutions
• Supervise and mentor a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth
• Refine and optimize internal project management tools, templates, and procedures to improve efficiency and standardization
• Analyze historical project data and KPIs to identify trends, improve forecasting, and drive continuous improvement across teams
• Ensure consistent use of digital project management platform (Procore) to maintain project documentation and reporting integrity.
• Travel to and between the job sites as needed for development of plans, relationships, and overall project design needs (90% in office and 10% in field Mid-West area)
