High academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school. Salary Range : $310,000 - $390,000 (Final offer based on experience and location). Mergers & Acquisitions Associate Attorney (4th-6th Year)
Location : Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles (Santa Monica), New York, Palo Alto, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle
Practice Area : Mergers & Acquisitions
Direct Counsel is seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions Associate (4th-6th year) to join a top Am Law 50 firm. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated M&A transactions within a highly regarded corporate practice.
Key Responsibilities :
- Transaction Management – Lead and support M&A transactions, from due diligence to closing.
- Drafting & Negotiation – Prepare and negotiate definitive and ancillary agreements.
- Client & Deal Management – Oversee deal process, coordinate with clients, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Supervision – Mentor and supervise junior associates on transactional matters.
