The Role :

What They’re Looking For :

3–5 years of solid M&A deal experience at a reputable law firm

Strong academic background and top-notch writing / drafting skills

A proactive, collaborative approach and ability to work independently with clients

Bar membership in the relevant state (or eligibility to waive in)
