COMPANY OVERVIEW

We are a privately held real estate development and investment company with a proven track record in sourcing, developing, and managing institutional-quality projects across industrial, self-storage, and mixed-use sectors. Our portfolio spans value-add acquisitions, ground-up developments, and long-term investment holdings. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team and oversee all financial, accounting, and capital markets functions.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of the company, managing institutional and high net worth relationships, and ensuring disciplined execution across development, acquisitions & dispositions as well as  asset management. This executive will partner closely with the CEO, CIO, MD of Asset Management and Development Team to drive growth, enhance returns, and maintain best-in-class reporting and controls.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy to support growth in development and investment activities.
• Advise CEO / CIO and executive team on capital structuring, risk management, and long-term financial planning.
• Oversee corporate and project-level budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Establish line of credit for acquisitions deposits and working capital needs
