First Connect Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Jackson, Mississippi.

Required Qualifications

License : Active RN license (state-specific; willing to wait for license approval if in progress)

Education : ADN required; BSN preferred

Experience :

Minimum 2 years of acute care case management experience with a focus on discharge planning.

At least 6 months of experience at a Level I trauma center or large academic medical center handling a variety of inpatient units.

Certifications :

Required : BLS

Preferred : CCM (Certified Case Manager)

Charting Systems :

Epic (required) – EpicCare Inpatient – EMR 2014 Certified EHR Suite

Familiarity with naviHealth (required; transitioning to Epic Care Management within the next year)

Understanding of discharge readiness criteria required (formal InterQual or Milliman experience not necessary).

Must be able to commit to 5×8-hour shifts weekly (non-negotiable).

Days / Hours : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–4 : 30 PM
