Behavior and Sexuality Specialist

Full Time, Monday through Friday

KenCrest is seeking a clinical professional for our Behavior and Sexuality Specialist position to support and consult with our organization's individuals on holistic behavioral health assessments, strengths-based and affirming treatment plans, psychoeducational trainings, and acting as an advocate and liaison between the team and psychiatric supports.

As our Behavior and Sexuality Specialist , you will support both the affirming sexuality education and trauma-informed psycho-sexual treatment of specific clients and their teams, provide clinical support to clients that use systemic strategies in order to support behavioral health outcomes, and be responsible for a specific caseload of individuals as well as tracking services to match the established routine needs of each case according to the approved allocated time and type of service.

Qualifications :

• Master's Degree in a Human Service profession (social work, counseling, marriage & family therapy, psychology, or education)
• A degree or comprehensive certification is Human Sexuality
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working with intellectually disabled and / or Autistic individuals
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Clear criminal record and other background checks in accordance with state requirements
