SIMOS is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead for a large distribution center in Buford, GA! This position is responsible for coordinating associate activities in the production process and will monitor associates' performance. The ideal candidate will be committed to coaching team members and improving the worksite's training, productivity, quality, safety, and attendance. The Warehouse Team Lead assists with setting up daily / weekly work assignments for staff. A minimum of 1 year of warehouse systems or operations knowledge is required

Shift Information :

• 1st Shift A : Saturday-Tuesday, 5AM- 3 : 30PM ($19 / hour)
• 1st Shift B : Wednesday-Saturday, 5AM- 3 : 30PM ($19 / hour)
• Seasonal 2nd Shift : Monday-Friday, 4 : 00PM-12 : 30AM ($20 / hour)

Must be flexible in your schedule, as shift start and stop times could vary. You may be asked to work overtime and on Saturdays.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $19.00 - $20.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
