In this role, you will implement strategic sales initiatives while ensuring our customers achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Become SaaS (Software as a Service) Expert :
- Present, close, and onboard new direct sales partners, providing exceptional training and support to ensure their success.
- Become an internal expert on our high-quality products and software workflow technology.
- Follow and enhance established sales processes based on field experience.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide valuable insights.
- Attend trade shows to identify and engage with potential direct sales partners.
- Conduct interviews and gather feedback from direct selling partners to understand their needs and challenges, translating these insights into actionable strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experiencePreferably 2–3 years of experience in sales or business administration with a proven track record of success; SaaS sales, training, or customer support experience is a strong plus.Customer-Focused : Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and methodologies with a passion for customer success.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in-person and virtual.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and experience with Microsoft CRM or equivalent CRM applications.Strong troubleshooting, and decision-making, and project management skills.Base Salary + Bonus + Profit Sharing
