is looking for a

Customer Support Specialist

to join our growing team!

As a global leader in supply chain transparency, ESG compliance, and carbon management,

Achilles

partners with the world’s most respected brands to drive sustainability and ethical business practices.

This role is based in our office in Irvine, California, or Houston, Texas.

Provide

exceptional support

to our supplier network—answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding them through the process.

Ensure

compliance accuracy

by validating supplier data and documentation.

Collaborate across internal teams to escalate and resolve recurring issues.

Maintain detailed and organized records of interactions and resolutions.

What You

1+ year

of experience in customer support, compliance, or admin roles.

Fluent in

English & Spanish

(verbal and written).

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Proactive mindset—you take initiative and own the outcome.
