Recruiting and Professional Development Assistant

Taft is seeking a Recruiting and Professional Development Assistant to work with our team.

We are seeking a Recruiting and Professional Development Assistant with 1-3+ years of administrative experience to work with our team. The ideal candidate will have law firm experience. All Taft employees operate under a "Client First" philosophy - in all things, we seek to provide exceptional services to our clients.

Essential Duties :

• Responsible for the administrative functions related to recruiting and professional development efforts. These functions include scheduling meetings, processing expenses, managing data entry in applicant database, organizing applicants, calendar maintenance, circulating program invitations and assisting with logistics, and maintain recruiting and professional development documents.
