Full Time EVS / Facilities Supervisor l Monday - Friday 7am - 3 : 30pm

The Environmental Supervisor is responsible for supervising all maintenance, housekeeping and laundry staff while maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, guests and team members.

The targeted pay range for this job is $27.00 - $34.00 per hour. Ecumen considers a variety of factors when determining new hire pay including experience, qualifications, and, when applicable, certifications, licenses, and education.

Essential Job Responsibilities :

• Hires, trains and supervises maintenance, housekeeping and laundry staff to meet regulations and established departmental standards.
• Develops and maintains external vendor relationships for all maintenance, custodial, grounds, housekeeping services and for monitoring all nonmedical contractors hired to perform services on the premises.
• Prepares and manages annual departmental budget.
• Ensures community property complies with all appropriate regulations including local, state, and federal laws.
• Develops and maintains facility maintenance and / or programs.
• Performs regular preventative maintenance and repairs as required throughout property.
• Coordinates and trains all team members in building safety procedures, including in-services on the premises.
• Manages inventory control for all supplies used within department and orders supplies as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Driving Requirements : Local Travel and Driver's License Required
