We are looking for positive individuals who are passionate about helping others (Full time OR Part time available) You will grow a list of prospective clients from warm leads, and market our insurance products, and we teach / coach you how to showcase our products.
We will provide support, training, and resources to help you reach - and EXCEED - your sales goals. If you have a strong desire to succeed, help others, & have outstanding communication skills;

Compensation : $137,000 at plan

Responsibilities :
- Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, and long-term goals
- Expand prospective customer base and market our insurance products via, warm leads, networking, referrals, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business
- Contact prospects requesting information (leads)
- Attend weekly training calls / strategy calls to improve & grow your skills and business
- Help others do the same by sharing experiences
- No cold calling
- Manage time & cultivate clients
- Expand income potential with annual reviews
- Ensure all contracting is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping
Qualifications :
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Technology
- High school graduate or received GED, Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Candidates with an active Life Insurance license or willingness to obtain -(we will help you)
- Proven experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Retail
- Genuine desire to assist clients & navigate their options
- Personal grit that drives learning & growth
- Participation in training calls to improve & grow your talent & skill
- Passion for contributing to a successful & ever-improving team
