• Annual compensation between $70,000 - $80,000 plus a quarterly performance-based discretionary incentive. Compensation is dependent on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to an applicant\u2019s skills, education / degrees, certifications, prior experience, market data, and other relevant factors.

What You Will Do ul Essential Functions

This position will be dedicated to the USPS EAP Program. The USPS Clinical Consultant will provide EAP services including short-term counseling / problem solving, educational and training activities, referral, monitoring, behavioral health consultation, critical incident response and follow-up. The USPS Clinical Consultant is responsible for providing services in-person, telephonically or via video.

Please note the position is hybrid and requires local travel and in-office time. The USPS office location is in Green Bay, WI.
