PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) Enterprise PMO Manager at our Tysons, Virginia location. The Enterprise PMO is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Atlassian Suite Administrator with strong experience in PMO operations and governance. The primary purpose of this job is to administer, optimize, and evolve PenFed's Atlassian ecosystem including Jira, Confluence, and related tools to support effective project and portfolio management, governance standards, and enterprise collaboration. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in the Atlassian platform with a solid understanding of project management frameworks, PMO processes, and governance principles, enabling consistent and efficient delivery across teams.

Responsibilities :

• Administer, configure, and maintain Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence environments.
• Design and manage custom workflows, issue types, fields, screens, and permissions to align with PenFed delivery processes.
• Implement and maintain automations, integrations, and plug-ins (such as Advanced Roadmaps).
• Manage user access, roles, and group permissions to ensure security and compliance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics for project, portfolio, and executive visibility.
• Conduct system audits and ensure optimal system performance and data integrity.
• Provide user support, documentation, and training for PMO and project teams.
