Key Responsibilities
Manage issue resolution to ensure timely and effective responses to provider concerns
Lead the development of processes for centralizing provider issue intake to improve efficiency
Identify and implement upstream operational improvements to prevent future escalations
Required Qualifications and Experience
Proven ability to leverage complex data sets for strategic initiatives
Experience in defining and executing operational plans with measurable outcomes
Expertise in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Experience with data analytics and business intelligence platforms preferred
