HealthCare Business Systems Analyst with EHR / EMR / HMS / HL7 (RequiredLocal Candidates)

Job Description :

This is for an entry level systems analyst on an hourly assignment basis for the development of new and existing functionalities required to support the Health Management System (HMS) electronic health record

PURPOSE : This scope of work is for Systems Analyst services for the development of new and existing functionalities required to help support the Department of Health's (Department) Health Management System (HMS). Contractor will provide these services to the Department.

CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :

Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience :

• 2 years demonstrated experience with implementing Health Care Systems.
• 2 years demonstrated experience with the Department's HMS system , other clinic management, or electronic health record software.
• 2 years demonstrated experience writing, developing user and system requirements
• 1 year demonstrated experience with Agile software development, project management and testing practices.
• 3 years demonstrated experience in analysis, testing and flowcharting and unified modeling.
• 3 years demonstrated experience using SQL .
• 3 years demonstrated experience with formal software testing .
• 3 years demonstrated experience with root cause analysis and troubleshooting.

SERVICE TASKS : Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified :
