Job descriptionAt 180-Days (6 months) : $2,000 At 12 months : $1,500 Pro-rated bonus based on Full Time Equivalency (FTE) 100% employer-paid health insurance, including medical, dental, vision, and Rx Access to profit sharing and a 403(b) retirement plan Generous PTO and 8 paid holidays Maintain and update patient medical records, including vital signs and medications Prepare for patient visits by reviewing files and collaborating with Providers Assist in exam room preparation and support physicians during procedures Collect lab specimens, administer medications, and perform clinical tasks High school diploma or GED required Completion of an accredited medical assisting program or equivalent military training Preferred : One year of experience as a CMA CPR certification and national credential required within 90 days of hire Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask Proficient in Microsoft Office, Epic, and EMR systems

Our organization operates over 40 clinics across the Pacific Northwest, offering diverse services such as medical, dental, pharmacy, and behavioral health, among others.
Position Highlights :
- Competitive hourly wage : $22.51 - $33.14, based on experience
- Additional pay for bilingual skills
- $5,000 Hiring / Retention Bonus Structure :
