Job descriptionMinimum 2 years of Tax Credit / Section 8 Housing experience Strong leadership and team training skills Resident service mindset with high energy and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel (Entrata preferred) Ability to manage budgets, occupancy, leasing, and collections effectively Oversee daily operations and property inspections Lead, hire, and develop office and maintenance staff Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA standards Maintain strong communication with residents, staff, and ownership
