Technical Operations Associate

A company is looking for a Technical Operations Associate to support the technical implementation of new clients in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities :

Load and process incoming healthcare files via secure SFTP delivery

Collaborate with Data Operations and Engineering to validate ingestion pipelines and manage file delivery setups

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness for launch-related workflows

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Data Science, Business, Information Systems or a related field

1-3+ years of experience in data operations, analytics, health tech or implementation

Advanced working knowledge of SQL and strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets

Experience using SFTP clients for secure file transfer and managing file permissions

Familiarity with healthcare data domains such as labs, claims, or pharmacy workflows preferred
