As a Sr Accounting Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead a team of accounting professionals to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards while driving process improvements and operational efficiency. You will work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the financial integrity of the organization by overseeing the preparation of financial statements, ensuring adherence to accounting principles, and mentoring your team to achieve their professional goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements to ensure compliance.
• Manage and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance on complex accounting issues.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
