Job Title : Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) – Travel Nurse

Facility Type : Trauma Level IV Critical Access Hospital, Emergency Department

Assignment Type : Travel Nursing

End Date : February 2, 2026

Contract Duration : 13 weeks

Shifts : Night shifts – 3 x 12-hour shifts per week, plus 2 on-call shifts

Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours per week

Holiday and On-Call : Holiday and on-call coverage required

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1880 - $2020

Housing : Shared housing may be available within 30 miles (subject to availability)

ER RN Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of Emergency Room RN experience; Critical Access Hospital experience preferred

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado or compact state

Current certifications : ACLS, PALS (or equivalent), TNCC, ATLS

CEN certification preferred

Ability to work night shifts and cover multiple locations (Kremmling, Granby, Fraser)

Strong assessment, planning, and patient care coordination skills

All time-off requests must be disclosed during the interview process

Emergency Room Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care from admission to discharge

Utilize advanced clinical protocols and standards, including ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ATLS

Assess, plan, implement, and coordinate patient care in a fast-paced ER environment

Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Respond to trauma and emergency situations in a Level IV Trauma setting

Participate in clinical pathways and quality improvement initiatives

Provide emergency nursing coverage for departments in Kremmling, Granby, and Fraser
