Oracle HCM Solutions Architect

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect- HCM Time and Labor.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the implementation of the Oracle HCM Time and Labor module

Organize and execute testing while managing the system integrator / implementation partner

Ensure the development and configuration efforts are on track and provide hands-on support as needed

Required Qualifications

Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM Time and Labor module

Experience in Oracle HCM configuration and testing execution

Experience managing system integrators or implementation partners

Understanding of the connection between the Time and Labor module and time clocks in manufacturing environments

Knowledge of Accu-Time's TimeCom platform and Oracle HCM Web Clock feature is desirable
