Project Management Specialist

KeyLogic is seeking a Project Management Specialist for potential work to contribute to project management efforts on large-scale scientific research and development projects.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Support principal investigators or project directors in facilitating and coordinating project activities, project reporting, sponsor communication, and other duties as assigned by project leadership.
• Work with project staff to develop and maintain schedules, cost estimates, assist with risk identification, and change control.
• Provide day-to-day support to the project with schedule and cost maintenance and status, and forecasting and assist in generating monthly reports on project status and performance.
• Perform ad-hoc activities as directed by the project management mentor, principal investigator or project director.
• Support the project management staff in preparing for various project reviews, including internal and external project status reviews.

Federal Government Clearance :

This position may require the ability to obtain a government clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship. This position may require reviews and test for absence of any illegal drugs along with a background investigation by the Federal government in order to obtain an access authorization prior to employment and may require subsequent reinvestigations may be required.
