• Duties / responsibilities :
• Answer incoming inquires through multiple channels including phone, email and chat.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening.
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's policies.
• Ensure customer inquiries and issues are fully answered and resolved.
• Record customer information within our customer service database.
• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Share shift summaries and reports with respective Supervisors and Managers.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of information

• Required Education / Skills / Abilities
• Call center experience is fantastic, but not a requirement, we can teach the right person to do the job well.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Positive, professional tone, voice, and demeanor.
• Comfortable providing written communication and documentation to describe actions taken.
• Familiar with operating a computer
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
