A company is looking for a Supervisor of HIM Coding IP.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and direct coding activities for patient health information

Monitor workflows and manage performance indicators to ensure productivity and accuracy

Provide daily staff supervision, scheduling, and training for effective department operations

Required Qualifications

Certifications : COC, CCS-P, CCS, RHIT, CIC, RHIA, CPC

Education : Associate's Degree in a related field or healthcare

Experience in health information management

Knowledge of CPT and ICD coding

Ability to analyze regulatory information and implement changes
