Responsibilities :
We are hiring an Account Executive to expandthe BeeHero Precision Pollination services to growers throughoutthe Pacific Northwest.
The Account Executive will develop new andmaintain existing businesses.
- Buildand maintain relationships with growers in the designatedterritory; meet sales and profitabilitytargets.
- Educate growers about our agriculturaltechnology solutions and provide ongoing support to existingclients.
- Contact prospective customers viatelephone email and inperson meetings to introduce our products andservices.
- Utilize indepth product knowledge todemonstrate our solutions value to prospectseffectively.
- Use CRM and SalesForce software tomanage and track sales activities including prospecting pipelinemanagement and onboarding newclients.
- Represent the company at networkingevents trade shows and community gatherings to expand our presencein the agricultural community.
- Up to 40%travel
Requirements :
- Five or moreyears of experience in almond agriculture practices with a strongunderstanding of industry trends andpractices.
- Minimum of two years of field salesexperience preferably in the agriculturalsector.
- Experience in roles such as PCAfertilizer sales or nursery tree sales isadvantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpacedstartup environment and adapt quickly to changingpriorities.
- Valid state drivers license andwillingness to travel within the designatedterritory.
- Proficiency with new technology andthe ability to quickly learn and utilize CRM and SalesForcesoftware.
- Strong communication skills andnegotiationabilities.
PreferredQualifications :
Ag PCA licenseagronomist or similar certification demonstrating expertise inagricultural practices.
Bachelor s or Associate sdegree in Agricultural Studies Crop Science orAgribusiness.
Prior experience owning managing orworking on an almond or other specialty crop farm providingfirsthand knowledge of grower challenges andneeds.

Salary Rangefor PNWbased applicants : $80000$110000 (actual compensation will bedetermined based on experience location and other factors permittedby law).
