  • Shift : Saturday and Sunday 10 : 00am-6 : 00pm\n
  • Provide skilled nursing services to patients under the direction of a physician or midlevel provider, and provides a variety of related services to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.\n
  • Collect patient health data, analyze the data to determine diagnoses, identify expected outcomes individualized to the patient,\n
  • Develop a plan of care that prescribes interventions to attain the expected outcomes,\n
  • Implement the interventions identified in the plan of care, and evaluate the patient's progress toward attainment of the outcomes,\n
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team.\n
  • Perform professional nursing work of considerable difficulty including the care of patients as outlined by physicians and the objectives and policies of the organization.\n
  • Provide patient and family health education and health assessment.\n\nQualifications\n
  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing from a CCNE (Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education) or Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) accredited nursing program .\n
  • Current Ohio Registered Nurse license.\n
  • CPR / BLS certified.\n
  • Knowledge of triage procedures along with clinic, physician office and / or urgent care experience.\n
  • Ability to maintain quality, safety, and / or infection control standards.\n
  • Knowledge of appropriate procedures and standards for the administration of medications and patient care aids.\n
  • Ability to educate and clearly communicate with patients and / or families as to the nature of disease and to provide instruction on proper care and treatment.\n
  • Ability to convey information both in writing and verbally.\n
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.\n
  • Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.\n
