Job descriptionPlan and execute reconstruction projects ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction Educate customers on the construction process and maintain communication Identify and document project scope of work Ensure proper permits are acquired Create project schedules, estimates, and timelines Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers Manage crews, subcontractors, and material suppliers Negotiate terms and set expectations with clients Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, codes, and scope of work Proven customer service skills Experience in restoration and / or construction Effective communication skills Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Intermediate math skills Ability to pass a background check Valid Driver's License High school diploma or GED Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat Walking, standing, driving, sitting, climbing Ability to climb ladders and work at heights Seniority level : Entry level Employment type : Full-time Job function : Project Management and IT Industry : Consumer Services

$55,000.00 / hr - $60,000.00 / hr
