Job descriptionHigh school diploma or GED required; technical training or cleanroom experience preferred. 2-4 years of experience working in a cleanroom or manufacturing environment (biotech, pharma, or semiconductor industry a plus). Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures precisely. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Comfortable working in a cleanroom gowning environment with strict cleanliness standards. Must wear cleanroom attire (gown, gloves, mask, etc.) for extended periods. Standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs regularly.
Technical Source is looking for Cleanroom Assembly Technicians to join our client's team in Durham, NC. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, that converts to a direct-employee at 6 months! This is a great environment that promotes from within, and plays a critical role in pharmaceutical manufacturing within the area.
Key Responsibilities :
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), cleanroom protocols, and safety guidelines to ensure product integrity.
- Clean and maintain cleanroom workstations and tools in accordance with established procedures.
- Accurately document production data, batch records, and inspection results.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation of cleanroom materials and supplies.
