The Registered Nurse (RN), a member of Advocate Health Nursing Professional Governance community, provides high-quality, patient-centered care through evidence-based practice, clinical expertise, and compassionate care delivery. The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, advocates for patient needs, and upholds professional practice standards to promote optimal health outcomes.

Position Highlights :

• Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 provided the candidate meets eligibility requirements
• Department : Medical Intensive Care Unit - 20 bed unit that provides exceptional care for patients who are critically ill as they progress to the intermediate specialty care units. Nursing staff work alongside multiple providers and care teams, to implement a multi-disciplinary care team approach for patients and families. Skills and specialty equipment include advanced airway management, continuous renal replacement therapy, wound management, normothermia management, invasive hemodynamic monitoring, and titration of continuous infusion medication drips.
• Location : High Point Medical Center is a 351 bed, private, non-profit facility that is Chest Pain Center Accredited with Primary PCI through the American College of Cardiology. They have also earned Joint Commission's Certificate of Distinction for Primary Stroke Centers.
