Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for service issues, managing fulfillment and delivery of enrollment kits and marketing supplies
Track compliance elements such as license expirations and training requirements, and communicate certification statuses to agents
Maintain producer files for compliance and resolve inquiries related to compensation and service issues
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in customer service or office-related roles
2+ years of experience in health insurance and agent certification preferred
2+ years of experience in policy and procedure technical writing preferred
