We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who thrives on execution and impact. This is a tactical, fast-paced role focused on building pipeline and partner engagement across our MSP / MSSP ecosystem. You’ll own the day-to-day tactics that bring our go-to-market strategy to life : launching campaigns, creating compelling content, executing events, and enabling partners with the tools and materials they need to succeed.

You’ll collaborate closely with sales, product, and channel teams to plan and execute initiatives that build awareness, generate demand, and accelerate revenue growth. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented marketer who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Responsibilities

Partner & Sales Enablement

  • Develop and maintain partner sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, data sheets, battlecards, and solution briefs.
  • Execute co-marketing programs with MSP / MSSP partners, including webinars, campaigns, and joint events.
  • Manage partner communications (newsletters, announcements, resource updates) to ensure alignment and engagement.
  • Track partner campaign performance and ROI through CRM and marketing automation tools.

Content Development

  • Write and produce engaging marketing assets : case studies, blogs, email sequences, social posts, and web copy.
  • Repurpose technical and product content into sales-ready, partner-friendly formats.
  • Work with internal subject matter experts to translate complex cybersecurity topics into clear, value-driven messaging.
  • Manage content calendars, ensuring consistency of voice and alignment with key initiatives.
  • Social Media Planning & Execution

  • Manage social channels (LinkedIn, X / Twitter, YouTube, etc.) with a focus on consistent brand presence and engagement.
  • Plan and execute social campaigns that support product launches, events, and partner promotions.
  • Track performance metrics to optimize engagement, reach, and conversion.
  • Event Management

  • Plan and execute industry events, partner roadshows, trade shows, and webinars—handling logistics, registration, promotion, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand experiences.
  • Support event content creation : booth messaging, presentations, collateral, and post-event communications.
  • Demand Generation for MSP / MSSP Segments

  • Execute targeted marketing campaigns for MSP / MSSP audiences across email, digital, and social channels.
  • Partner with sales and channel teams to identify campaign priorities and measure lead flow.
  • Support lead nurturing through automated workflows and campaign reporting.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, market needs, and competitive landscapes to help refine messaging and positioning for the managed services segment.
  • Requirements

  • 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT services.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple marketing programs simultaneously with precision and accountability.
  • Strong writing and editing skills - able to adapt tone for different audiences and formats.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Familiarity with partner / channel marketing programs and MSP / MSSP business models.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Creative problem solver with a bias for action and measurable outcomes.
