CDM Program Manager

A company is looking for a CDM Lead / PM.

Key Responsibilities

Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance

Acts as primary customer contact, leading program review sessions and developing new business opportunities

Prepares staffing plans, monitors financial performance, and supports new business development through major proposals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of relevant experience

3 years of direct support in an agency-level CDM program or 5 years leading CDM program implementation

CISSP certification

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Public trust clearance is required
