What you’ll do

• Assist—and help lead—AI, tech‑enhancement, and centralization programs across departments.
• Conduct new‑business site inspections, capturing clear notes and photos.
• Research the market and competitors to identify opportunities.
• Build simple rent‑comparison reports to maintain competitive pricing.
• Help craft RFP responses with accurate, clean data.
• Perform basic checks on new property financials (totals, trends, gaps).
• Keep files, logs, and checklists organized in Microsoft 365.
• Pitch in on other projects as needed.

Business Administration or similar major; exposure to HubSpot / CRM or Yardi / Rent Cafe; comfort with simple data charts.
