Position Overview :
DOCS Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager / Office Manager to oversee the operations of one of our clinics.
This full-time position requires clinical experience and strong management skills, ensuring the seamless operation of the clinic's urgent care and primary care services, as well as its integration within an Accountable Care Organization (ACO).
The Site Manager / Office Manager will report to the Regional Coordinator and play a pivotal role in maintaining efficient clinic operations and delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including urgent care and primary care services, in alignment with DOCS Medical Group's standards and policies.
- Coordinate and manage clinical and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow, excellent patient experiences, and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Collaborate with medical practitioners, clinical staff, and administrative personnel to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
- Monitor and manage the clinic's schedule to optimize patient appointments and resource utilization.
- Maintain a safe and clean clinic environment that complies with regulatory standards and infection control protocols.
- Participate in regular meetings with the Regional Coordinator to provide updates on clinic performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance clinic efficiency and patient care quality.
- Provide guidance and training to staff to uphold high standards of professionalism, patient interaction, and medical care.
- Manage patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution.
- Collaborate with the ACO to facilitate integration and effective communication between the clinic and the larger healthcare network.
- Assist with budget management and resource allocation to maintain cost-effective operations.
- Contribute to the recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of clinical and administrative staff.
Qualifications
- Clinical experience (e.g., medical assisting) is required.
- Proven experience in management or leadership roles within a clinical or medical office setting.
- Strong understanding of urgent care and primary care services, along with familiarity with Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and problem-solve effectively.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Compassionate, patient-centered attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Healthcare administration or related field is preferred
