We sell and service a wide-variety of equipment including : Large and Small Construction Tractors, Agricultural Equipment, Forklifts, Racking Systems, Telescopic Handlers, Prime and Stand-by-Power Generation, UPS Systems and On-Highway Truck Engines.
In addition, we rent Caterpillar and Other Preferred Manufactured Equipment for contractors.
THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN Pleasant Grove, CA
POSITION SUMMARY
- Confirm sales orders are complete and accurate
- Process invoices, sales reporting, merchandise claims, and accruals
- Obtain warranty quotes and initiate start of coverage
- Analyze costs and revenue to complete commissions
- Complete necessary documentation for sales orders
- Assist with training classes and meetings as needed
- Distribute Sales department mail
- Handle incoming sales calls and distribute leads
- Assist with travel reservations, accommodations and meeting preparation
- Clerical responsibilities include filing, managing calendar and office supplies
- Professional interaction with multiple departments within Holt
- Work closely with Finance Coordinator to finalize transactions
- Assist Sales Manager as needed
- Other duties may be assigned
