Civil and Concrete Project Manager (Five-years exp as PM REQUIRED)

With years of industry experience and a track record of successful projects, we have established ourselves as a trusted leader in providing comprehensive services in general contracting, design support, pre-construction, estimating, scheduling, and constructability review.

We are currently seeking a highly accountable and experienced Project Manager to oversee all technical aspects of our heavy civil and concrete projects-from initial planning through successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects

Ensure compliance with relevant codes, industry practices, QA / QC policies, and performance standards

Communicate daily with clients to understand their needs and represent them effectively in the field

Perform quality control on project deliverables, including budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance

Assign responsibilities across the project team and provide mentorship and guidance

Collaborate with Capstone Structures Management and other stakeholders to provide technical support and ensure project alignment

Review engineering documents and initiate corrective actions as needed

Qualifications & Skills

Proven five-year experience as a Project Manager in engineering or heavy civil / concrete

Strong leadership and project supervision skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, etc.)

Thorough understanding of construction regulations, industry standards, and best practices

Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and multiple concurrent projects

Excellent decision-making, time management, and organizational abilities

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
