Front Lobby / Security And Supplies Coordinator
The Front Lobby / Security and Supplies Coordinator is a pivotal member of our team, responsible for maintaining a secure, welcoming, and efficient front lobby environment. In this role, you will be the first personal impression of our organization, playing a critical role in shaping how people view and engage with the company and setting expectations for future interactions. You will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors with warmth and professionalism. You will also play a crucial part in upholding our security standards, requiring vigilance and the ability to respond effectively to various situations.
This position demands a unique blend of interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will coordinate the flow of visitors, manage guest registrations, oversee truck lanes and gates, and monitor security cameras, ensuring that our premises remain safe and well-organized. It is a requirement for this individual to be armed and will be properly certified and trained appropriately to uphold the highest level of safety for our Herd members.
Responsibilities
- Manage Lobby Security and Traffic : Oversee the front lobby area, ensuring smooth traffic flow and acting as the first point of contact for visitors.
- Guest and Visitor Registration : Welcome guests and visitors, handle their registration, and provide necessary access or badges.
- Maintain Security Vigilance : Monitor security situations, respond effectively to any incidents, and maintain a secure environment.
- Manage Truck Lanes and Gates : Coordinate the movement and parking of trucks and deliveries, serving as the primary contact for these operations.
- Monitor Security Cameras : Keep a constant watch on security cameras, staying alert to any unusual activities or security breaches.
- Uphold Safety Standards : Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures, maintaining a safe environment for all.
- Oversee Supply Inventory : Manage and track supply inventory across all departments and warehouses at your location, ensuring accurate counts and availability.
- Restock Supply Areas : Replenish supply stations daily, including breakroom and operational supplies, to maintain readiness and prevent shortages.
- Coordinate Procurement of New Supplies : Work with the Procurement team to identify, evaluate, and introduce new supply items into inventory as needed.
- Communicate Purchasing Needs : Report supply shortages, purchasing requirements, and inventory concerns directly to the Procurement Coordinator to support timely replenishment.
