In-House Securitization Attorney, NYC

Overview

We are working on a search on behalf of a widely respected investment advisor located in New York City. Our client is looking to hire a well credentialed attorney to manage day-to-day legal aspects for their securitizations investment management and advise on regulatory issues.

Base pay range

$225,000.00 / yr - $250,000.00 / yr

Important qualification notes

Candidates that apply MUST be an attorney and have experience with securitizations. Collateralized loan obligations is a plus.

To be considered, candidates must meet the following qualifications :

• A proven self-starter, results oriented with a desire to learn and adapt to the needs of the business.
• Have at least 3+ year of experience at a US law firm. In-house experience is a plus.
• Experience with securitizations is REQUIRED. Collateralized loan obligations is a plus.
• Familiarity with credit and financing arrangements, commingled funds, and separately managed accounts.
• Have strong knowledge of regulatory framework governing investment advisers
• The ability to think with an entrepreneurial mindset and give clear and efficient advice and counsel to business stakeholders.
• Be admitted to, and in good standing of, a US State Bar.
