Must have 1-2 years of experience in the specialty

Must be licensed in NC / compact state.

Could be floated to medical stepdown, intermediate and acute overflow, cardiac progressive care, or cardiac intermediate care.

Ratios for Intermediate care are 1 : 4, and acute overflow are 1 : 5-6.

Certification : BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
