Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with CX and Logistics teams to address shipping-related customer issues
Anticipate and streamline processes related to international shipping challenges
Communicate with couriers and customers to ensure smooth shipment progress
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in international shipping and logistics
Ability to translate complex logistics details into clear communication
Proven track record of solving international shipping problems
Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside CX and sales teams
Curiosity and proactive approach to identifying shipment friction points
