HR Coordinator-Food Manufacturer

Job Description

An international food manufacturer is currently searching for HR Coordinators to join their facility in Burlington NC. The Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of HR experience in coordinating compensation and benefits.

HR Coordinator Responsibilities :

• Utilize the database to compile candidates' information, organizing files and data while assisting with office / clerical duties.
• Assist in HR policies guidance and interpretation.
• Monitor and help manage the personnel administration for PTO, sick leave, medical reimbursement, etc.
• Work with HR managers regarding benefits administration and HRIS management.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
