Job descriptionStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software applications. Reviewing applications for CIP and funding requirements. Conducting client outreach to complete or finalize application submissions. Clearing application exceptions to onboard new clients successfully. Proficiency in the D1 Application Management system. Strong knowledge of CIP requirements, including Lexis Nexis review. Ability to identify and handle potentially fraudulent applications. Foundation to effectively perform client outreach and resolve exceptions. Answer service calls and respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate information. Draft daily proofs and reconciliations in compliance with corporate accounting and control policies. Process payments, tickets, and online entries, ensuring all data is accurate. Research routine customer, branch, or bank inquiries; escalate issues as needed. Review multiple sources of records when investigating customer questions. Enter transactions into CRT / PC systems and balance general ledger accounts. Safeguard and control work in accordance with banking policies and procedures. Education : High School preferred. Work Experience : No prior experience required. Physical Requirements : Sedentary work. Career Level : Individual Contributor (Level 1).

- Knowledge of Due Diligence processes, including CIP, KYC, and OFAC, with an understanding of banking procedures and compliance regulations.
