Job description

A company is looking for an Enterprise Specialist to provide customer service and support for enterprise-level customers in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open communication

Meet personal and team sales targets while following communication procedures and guidelines

Required Qualifications

2-3+ years of customer service experience

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Proficiency in Zendesk, Slack, and Stripe

Experience supporting enterprise-level customers in a technical SaaS environment

Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
