Director, Product Management

Copay is currently looking to hire a Director of Product Management within our Lodging division, which falls under our Copay Lodging line of business. In this role, you will be responsible for prioritizing the development backlog in coordination with the Product & Technology leaders. The Product Manager will assist in implementing the vision and strategy of the company's products and platforms, guided by the product roadmap, from conception to release. This position will work with engineers to translate features into stories and communicate our goals to business stakeholders. You will own a part of our customer experience end-to-end. The team will look to you as a source for innovation and creative problem-solving. You will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Workforce Product and regularly collaborate with the engineering teams, sales, account management, and other departments.

As a Director of Product Management, you will be expected to work in a virtual environment. Copay will set you up for success by providing :
