Job descriptionImplement and manage data storage, backup, and recovery solutions. Develop and enforce creative data management policies to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Provide technical support to staff and volunteers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Conduct engaging training sessions to enhance IT literacy across the organization. Manage relationships with IT vendors, ensuring the procurement of cost-effective and high-quality hardware and software. Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures, infusing creativity to ensure the responsible and innovative use of technology resources. Keep policies up-to-date with industry best practices. Manage and creatively set up all equipment, including laptops, iPads, and phones, to support a dynamic and efficient work environment.
