PEMEX Deer Park is seeking a Senior External Affairs Advisor & Deputy PIO to lead this high-profile role to shape and execute external communications, community engagement, and crisis response strategies. You'll serve as Deputy PIO during emergencies, manage media relations, and strengthen partnerships with key community and industry stakeholders. About Us : PEMEX Deer Park is a highly complex refinery located 18 miles east of Houston in Deer Park, TX. It is part of the Pemex group, a fully integrated oil company in the Americas that operates across the entire value chain : exploration, production, industrial processing / refining, logistics, and marketing. The refinery's rated capacity is 340,000 barrels per day and has the feed flexibility to process multiple grades of crude oil, producing high-quality transportation fuels the world needs. The Pemex site is co-located with other 3rd-party chemical facilities, enabling further integration and optimization of the refinery and its products.
