ROLEOVERVIEW :

TheCFOwillserveasastrategicpartnertotheCEOandBoardofDirectors,leadingallaspectsoffinancialoperationsandshapingtheorganization’slong-termfinancialstrategy.Thisexecutivewilloverseecontrollership,FP&A,tax,andtreasury,whiledrivingoperationalexcellenceandcapitalefficiencyacrossthebusiness.

TheCFOwillleadtheannualbudgetingprocess,overseeexpensesthroughouttheyear,andplayacentralroleinadvancinggrowthboththroughorganicandinorganicinitiatives.Byensuringfinancialhealth,guidinginvestmentdecisions,anddeliveringstrategicinsights,theCFOwillbeinstrumentalindrivingsustainablegrowthandprofitability.

KeyResponsibilities :

TeamandFunctionDevelopment

Shapeandbuildatop-notchteamacrossallfinancefunctionalareas

Conductathoroughreviewofprocessesandcontrolsandleadtheteamthroughimplementingbestpractices

Ensureastrongfinancialmodel,budgetingandforecastingprocessisinplaceacrossthecompany

Executestrongfinancialmanagementprocessesandsystems,ensuringdataintegrityincommercialandfinancialdata

Createabusinessfinancepartnerfunctionthathelpsensureongoingcollaborationandbudgetmanagementacrosstheorganization

DevelopanddistributemonthlyandquarterlyKPIandfinancialreportingtoinformtheELTonbusinessperformanceanduncoverkeyareasoffocus

FinancialOperations

Overseeaccounting,compliance,andreportingfunctions,ensuringtimelyandaccurateclosecycles

Managecashflow,collections,andworkingcapitaltosupportglobaloperations

Optimizesystems(NetSuite,Blackline,Avalara)tosupportthebusinessandintegrityofcompanyfinancialreporting

CommercialEnablement

Supportpricingstrategy,renewals,contractstructuringandcollectionsforSaaSandSCADA / EMSofferings

CollaboratewithProduct,Delivery,andLegalteamstostreamlinequote-to-cashprocesses

ParticipateintheInformationSecuritySteeringCommittee(ISSC)toalignfinancialriskwithcybersecurityposture

StrategicLeadership

Leadbothshort-term(budgetprocess)andlong-term(projections)financialplanning

LeadscenarioplanningandbudgetingalignedwithSaaSgrowthmetricsandARRtargets

ServeasakeyleaderoftheELT,contributingtocorporatestrategy,organicandinorganicgrowthopportunities,andlong-termplanning

PartnerwiththeCEOandBoardtoshapefinancialvisionandinvestmentpriorities

DebtandEquityManagement

Managedebtcovenantsandbankingrelationshipstoensurecompliancewithcovenantsandinformationdeliveryonatimelybasis

Ownanddeliverallnecessaryreportingtoinvestorsandfinancersofthebusiness,includingmonthlyfinancialreviews

AlongwiththeCEOandChiefStrategyOfficer,serveasaprimaryinterfacetotheinvestorgroup

Qualifications :

Provencapabilitytobuildaworld-classfinancefunctionacrossthecontrollership,FPA,tax,treasury

Deepexperienceworkingwithadiversesetofpartnersacrossprivateequityandlenders

Internationalexperience–bothfromabusinessandteamperspective–isamust

Companyexperiencesspanningintegratedsolutions–hardware,softwareandservices

Energyexperiencehighlydesired

CandidateswithdiverseexperiencemanagingextendedfunctionsoflegalandHRwillbeprioritized

Demonstratedknowledgeofsystemsimplementationandintegrationforfinancialdataintegrity

Stronganalytical,communication,andleadershipskills.
