Outside Sales Representative
Our client, a growing and award-winning construction services company, is expanding operations and seeking a Full-Time Outside Sales Representative to join their team. This is a direct sales role that focuses on selling construction-related services directly to residential customers through door-to-door canvassing. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Prospect and generate leads through door-to-door canvassing
- Build rapport with customers and overcome objections confidently
- Close sales and ensure proper documentation is completed accurately
- Track sales activity and manage leads using CRM tools
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction before, during, and after a job
- Help homeowners navigate the insurance claim process
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
- Attend annual sales training and professional development events
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times
Requirements :
Valid driver's licenseAbility to pass background check and MVR screeningMust be comfortable with canvassing and conducting in-person, door-to-door salesAbility to stand or walk for extended periods of timeMust be able to lift and carry at least 30 lbs2+ years of experience in outside or direct, door-to-door, sales is preferred but not requiredOur client offers :
